As Co-Founder and President, Mr. Lowry is responsible for strategy and operations for Cohesive Solutions.
George's background includes financial systems software development, and finance and accounting analysis in the apparatus repair industry. He has more than 25 years of experience working on various asset and work management initiatives for some of the largest electric utilities, oil and gas, mining, and manufacturing companies. Prior to forming Cohesive, George worked for The System Works, Inc., one of the pioneering companies offering commercial off the shelf software for asset and work management.
George is a native of Chicago, Illinois where he studied Economics and Computer Science at College of DuPage.
C. Scott MacMillan
Co-Founder, Principal Consultant
As a Co-Founder and Principal Consultant, Mr. MacMillan’s responsibilities include managing and implementing process improvement and systems implementation initiatives for capital-intensive organizations.
Scott’s background includes design and systems engineering in the nuclear power generation industry. He has over 20 years of work management process improvement experience and has implemented many of the top-tier enterprise asset management and ERP systems. He has worked extensively with organizations in the power generation, oil and gas, and pulp and paper industries. Prior to Cohesive, Scott has held positions with Deloitte Consulting and Dominion Energy.
Co-Founder, CFO, Principal Consultant
As Co-Founder and Principal Consultant, Mr. Morris leads Cohesive’s work and asset management practice delivering innovative solutions for resource management, Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), and Preventive Maintenance (PM) optimization. With his extensive functional and technical background Lance has served as the primary Solution Architect on numerous Maximo EAM deployments and provides related thought leadership to our team of talented consultants.
Lance’s background includes implementation of Enterprise Asset Management systems and plant/performance engineering related to power generation. He has worked extensively with organizations in power generation, pharmaceuticals, forest products, paper and higher education industries. Prior to Cohesive, Lance has held senior positions with SAIC, Merck, Deloitte Consulting, Santee Cooper, and Duke Power. He has led and participated in implementations of several different asset management programs at customers ranging from a single site to large enterprises.
Lance is certified for Maximo, versions 6 and 7, for both Enterprise Asset Management, as well as, IT Service Management.
Lance holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology where he received the Director’s Award from the School of Mechanical Engineering. He currently holds a Professional Engineering license and is a Certified Financial Planner.
Co-Founder, Principal Consultant
As a Co-Founder and Principal Consultant, Mr. Szaro’s responsibilities include internal training of employees, software configuration, electronic workflow training, and the management / implementation of Maximo for numerous clients.
Alex’s background includes application configuration, interface specifications, and electronic workflow design/implementation. He has worked extensively with organizations in the design of optimized supply chain, work, and asset management processes. Prior to Cohesive, Alex has held management consulting positions with Deloitte & Touche and as a power plant engineer for The Detroit Edison Company. He has led numerous maintenance management software implementations for clients such as Williams Energy, Southern Company, Southern Power Company, Longview Power, Texas Municipal Power Administration, Holly/Frontier Oil, Wisconsin Public Service Company, and the Detroit Edison Company.
Alex holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration from the Babcock Graduate School of Management at Wake Forest University.
Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing
As Executive Vice President, Mr. Logsdon’s responsibilities include all business development, sales, partnering and marketing operations. In addition, he is instrumental in advising the Cohesive Board of Directors on growth markets, strategies, and company direction.
Matt’s background includes engineering design, project management, construction, computer graphics, software development, and complex enterprise system sales. He has worked extensively with organizations in both the private and public sectors across a broad range of industries.
Prior to Cohesive, Matt has held senior positions with Intergraph, MRO Software, and IBM. At IBM, he was the Federal Director for Maximo sales for all Defense and Civilian agencies. Matt has been recognized as the world-wide sales leader at both Intergraph and MRO Software.
Matt holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical/Ocean Engineering from Purdue University and is a Certified Maximo Consultant.
Vice President of Product Strategy and Development
As Vice President of Product Strategy and Development, Mr. Honaker is responsible for Cohesive’s solution development organization, including Product Strategy, Product Management, Development, Product Services and Support.
Mr. Honaker has more than 20 years of experience in the Enterprise Asset Management market, performing a variety of roles including Consulting, Education, Account Management, Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management and Strategy, and Product Design and Architecture. Prior to joining Cohesive, Anthony held various product leadership roles for MRO Software and IBM, where he was responsible for the strategic direction, design and delivery of Maximo.
Anthony holds a B.S. Degree in Computer Science from Western Kentucky University.
