We Take On the Responsibility for Success
Successful projects demand leadership and controls at multiple levels. Cohesive manages projects by employing a tiered approach to governance and execution. This approach consists of a Project Manager, Project Management Associate, and Team Leads.
- Cohesive’s project manager operates horizontally at a strategic level in the project. They achieve desired results by managing progress and addressing issues, risks, and key business decisions. The PM also provides messaging and guidance to the steering team and executive stakeholders while acting as the primary interface between the Cohesive team and the client.
- Each Project Manager is supported by a Project Management Associate (PMA). The PMA’s principal responsibilities include the management of the integrated project plan and status updates. PMA’s also develop presentation materials for the PMO and steering committee meetings, and ensure that all project registers are up to date and being addressed.
- Lastly, our Team Leads focus on managing the vertical aspects of a project occuring in parallel. The large transformational projects that we undertake depend upon team leads to manage the consulting, technology, change management, and quality assurance tracks of the project.
