Petrus is a respected asset management professional who has successfully directed multiple complex projects in the mining, manufacturing, utilities and renewable energy sectors.

Working in partnership with our clients, he blends his academic grounding with his extensive practical experience to help them identify and implement processes and initiatives to enhance their asset management and drive improved operational performance.

Petrus is skilled in all aspects of his profession – whether developing asset risk management plans, reviewing asset management performance, identifying technologies to support improvements or conducting ISO 55001 gap assessments and certification audits.

He uses his strong communication skills to help establish and implement training programmes and ensure ‘buy in’ to new ways of working across company teams.

Prior to joining Cohesive, Petrus worked with some of the industry’s biggest names, including Anglo American, Tetra-Pak, Equinor, PWC and FEWA (Federal Electricity & Water).

Petrus has an Engineering Masters degree and is an Institute of Asset Management (IAM) certified professional.

Pierre is responsible for Cohesive’s delivery across the Americas, EMEA and APAC. He helps to ensure our client needs are precisely matched with our capabilities and solutions and that our team of enterprise asset management advisory, delivery and support professionals have the resources necessary to generate maximum impact for the owner operators that we work with.

Pierre’s leadership is underpinned by more than 25 years’ experience and a track record of delivering exceptional business outcomes for organizations seeking to improve the reliability and performance of their industrial and infrastructure assets. His achievements have included a key role in creating Cohesive in 2020.

In the age of AI, analytics and prediction, data has become the currency of digital transformation. To this end, Pierre  helps the stewards of asset data to integrate and modernize their systems and to create the secure and trusted source of reliable data needed to operate their assets using digital twin and other emerging technologies.

Scotty is an accomplished reliability and maintenance professional with more than 40 years of experience.

His career has spanned globally recognised organisations including  ArcelorMittal, where, over 18 years, his roles included leading reliability programmes within the tubular products division made up of 21 facilities located in 13 countries.

Prior to joining Cohesive, he spent 11 years at Bentley Systems, nine of them as the global director of process facilities within asset performance management.

Scotty holds three Mechanical trade certificates: Automotive Service Technician; Truck/Coach; and Heavy Equipment and is a Certified RCM2 Facilitator with the Aladon network.

He also holds a CMRP certification from the Society for Maintenance & Reliability Professionals (SMRP) and is a Certified CLR – from Reliability Web.

He was a past member of the SMRP best practice committee and is currently a member of the Standards Council of Canada (SCC) Project committee on Asset Management for ISO 55000 TC251.

Seno is a highly respected expert in enterprise asset management (EAM), known for his innovative approach in integrating AI, digital twins, and advanced analytics to drive improved performance.

With over three decades of experience, he has successfully led numerous large-scale EAM implementations across a diverse range of industries, including power and utilities, oil and gas, and rail transportation.

An IBM Champion with a deep understanding and experience in the Maximo platform, Seno confidently oversees his teams to ensure solutions are aligned with the evolving demands of modern industrial organisations and that they enhance operational efficiency and sustainability.

Prior to joining Cohesive Seno’s career included two years as a software engineering lecturer at the University of Surabaya in Indonesia as well as the establishment and management of multiple, successful asset management consultancies.

Steve is an accomplished programe lead and digital transformation expert with 25 years of experience helping energy organisations to embrace technology to solve their business challenges and create value.

Skilled in managing large business improvement projects, Steve excels at bringing together people with competing interests and complex problems towards a common goal.

Prior to joining Bentley, Steve held roles at multiple high-profile energy organisations including Suncor, Canadian Natural Resources Limited and Husky Energy.

Notable achievements include his role as delivery manager on the Suncor Base Plant Asset Data Lifecycle Platform implementation, which was awarded the 2020 Year in Infrastructure ‘Going Digital’ award in the Utilities and Industrial Assets category.

Steve has a Bachelor of Business Administration and a BAdmin in Marketing, Finance and Computer Science.

Urmi is an experienced digital consultant with a strong background in architecture and construction and experience in sectors including Transportation, Energy and Buildings and Communities.

Skilled in business analysis, strategic consultancy and product development, Urmi has supported clients including Irish Rail, Office of Government Property, Houses of Parliament, Sainsburys and EDF with their digital transformation journeys.

Prior to joining Cohesive Urmi’s career included eight years with Mott MacDonald where she implemented projects for clients across the design and construction phases.

Urmi has a Masters in Architecture.

Highly regarded in her field, Zoey brings 20-years of experience providing strategic and technical advice on digital transformation and implementation to major clients and programmes of work.

These have included the Manchester Airport Transformation Programme – where she led a team establishing trusted asset data to be fed into the client’s asset management system, Maximo – and the Houses of Parliament Restoration and Renewal Programme.

On the latter programme, her responsibilities included helping to develop a strategy  to collate all the survey data needed to  make design and restoration decisions.

Specialising in emerging technology for construction and infrastructure, including AI, Zoey has been integral to the development of Cohesive DataConnect – our platform which provides integration, quality control and insight across siloed data sets and builds a digital replica of physical infrastructure. It is used by clients including National Highways and HS2.

Prior to joining Cohesive, Zoey spent six years at Laing O’Rourke, latterly as the Digital Engineering Major Projects Lead and R&D lead.

Zoey, a qualified quantity surveyor, began her career in product design.
