Can MaxAdvantage Cloud be deployed on-prem?
MaxAdvantage Cloud is a subscription-based offering that is deployed in Cohesive’s Cloud and delivered as a service. You can also deploy MAS on-prem or in your own cloud infrastructure and access MaxAdvantage capabilities, including the Cohesive Reliability Accelerator and support.
Does buying MaxAdvantage Cloud grant me software entitlements to IBM Maximo® Application Suite?
Yes, but not directly. Customers purchasing MaxAdvantage Cloud contract with Cohesive, not IBM. IBM provides Maximo Application Suite software licenses (AppPoints) to Cohesive, and Cohesive in-turn sublicenses them to its customers.
If I need help using MaxAdvantage Cloud or have an issue, do I call IBM for help?
No, you call Cohesive. Cohesive provides customers with a named single point of contact for Level 1 and Level 2 support and escalates Level 3 issues to IBM on their behalf.
